At Jelena Kundich Art Studio, we offer secure and flexible payment options for collectors worldwide.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through the following methods:

• Secure online payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and other major cards) via Stripe

• Bank transfer based on a proforma invoice

• Invoice payment for commissioned artworks

• Local bank transfer within Latvia

All online card payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading secure payment platforms. Your payment information is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.

3. Online Card Payments
For your convenience, secure online payments are available directly through our website.
Accepted cards include major international credit and debit cards.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized.

4. Bank Transfer
Customers may also choose to pay by bank transfer.
After placing an order, you will receive a proforma invoice containing all necessary payment details.
Production of commissioned artworks and shipment of original paintings begin after the payment has been received and confirmed.
Any bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payments for Custom Paintings
Commissioned artworks are created specifically for each client.
Once the project details have been agreed upon, a personalized invoice will be issued.
Work on the painting begins only after payment has been received according to the agreed terms.

6. Currency
Payments are processed in EUR (€).
If your bank account or payment card uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and currency conversion fees.

7. Payment Security
We are committed to protecting your payment information.
All online transactions are securely processed through Stripe using SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures.
Jelena Kundich Art Studio never stores or has access to your complete payment card information.

8. Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
For bank transfers, confirmation is sent after the funds have arrived in our account.
Your artwork will be prepared for production or shipment only after payment has been confirmed.

To prevent fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify payment information before processing an order. In rare cases, additional verification or proof of identity may be requested. If a payment cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled and any received funds will be refunded using the original payment method.
